Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
  • After checkout, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. 
  • Once items have been shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local Post Office. 
  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for packages being delivered to an incorrect address if you did not provide an address change.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return/exchange the item(s). The items must be unworn, unwashed, tags still intact, original packaging and no residue (smoke, makeup, perfume, pet hair, deodorant, etc.).
  • You have 7 calendar days after delivery date to return.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return (including Black Friday door busters, Small Business Saturday, & Cyber Monday deals).
  • When returning an item, you are responsible for return costs. We do not issue return labels. Be sure to keep proof of delivery in case your package is lost (recommend insurance). 
    • We will review your return and if you are eligible for a refund you will receive an email notification within 2-3 business days from the day the item was returned/delivered. 
    •Please be aware refund may take approximately a week to post to your account.
